Architectural reduction of an old 4F frozen warehouse into a one-story logistics storage. The installed new steel roof structure reorganizes the spatial function and quality, making the construction cost lower than a full demolition + new build scheme by restructuring the norms in various engineering. This practical approach creatively balances both desirable long-term planning and current needs.
老朽化した4階建冷凍自動倉庫を平屋の物流倉庫に減築した。既存の杭・RC躯体を活かし、新たな鉄骨屋根を架け、自然光の届く荷捌き空間を再整備した。法規・施工計画を組み替え全解体+新築より総工費を抑え、再解体・再利用もしやすい構法・詳細としている。望ましい長期計画と、現在の空間の豊かさの双方に向け、建築ストックを創造的に更新する実践。
