Automated Frozen Shed is a reconstruction of the core headquarter warehouse of a food distribution company in Gifu. Digesting its situation more deeply for a more precise and integrated design solution in the realm of architectural design (including structure and MEP), it creates a flexible and open-ended spatial framework towards more sustainable operation in a long term.
業務用食品卸企業本社の自動倉庫建替計画。設備更新に伴い建物も新築しなければならない状況から、①設備のみの入替えで済む長期的マスタープラン、②結露の抑制・排水計画、③荷捌空間のチルド化、の3点の課題を建築的に昇華した「背骨」架構を中心に構成し、⼈もモノも存在・振る舞いを快適なかたちで受け入れていける物流空間を実現した。
